I am a PhD Candidate at the “Diversity and Inclusion in Organizations” project, at the department of Social, Health & Organization Psychology of Utrecht University. My promotors are prof. dr. Naomi Ellemers and prof. dr. Jojanneke van der Toorn.
In this project, I examine the factors that are involved in effective diversity management including the obstacles that people from diverse backgrounds (e.g. ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+, gender, people with a disability) face in entering and succeeding in the workplace and how these may be overcome. My general interests lie in group processes, emotion research and reproducibility of science.
